Tonya Smith has brought all of her previous business experience and her knowledge of starting a trucking business into running a successful trucking company. She has been an entrepreneur for 20 years and has brought her vast knowledge of business ownership to you, her readers. She holds a Master’s degree in clinical counseling from the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville. She maintains her licensing in counseling and has also received her insurance license in Life, Health and Variable Annuities. She has become a successful real estate investor while simultaneously operating her trucking company. She also spent three and a half years in the mortgage business with half of that as a branch manager which included financing and contract negotiations.

In the midst of acquiring her trucking authority, Tonya realized that there was not one place she could go to with all the information she needed to accomplish this goal. In the back of her mind she wondered if someday she would create just a place so truckers wouldn’t struggle like she did for such an important piece of the trucking livelihood. After much research, planning and design, she has created this website just for people on the road. You will find many trucking resources as well as links of interest for travelers.  She desires that you have a sense of support and enough knowledge to obtain your operating authority. It is her desire to help you succeed! You will be successful with planning, persistence and confidence.

Tonya enjoys horses, trail riding with friends, gardening, landscaping, home improvement projects, traveling, dining with friends at home and on the town and most any kind of music. Because of her background in a care-giving profession she enjoys being involved in the success of others, through education, encouragement and motivation.
